The Music Vault Academy in Laguna Hill, CA is excited to introduce a unique and fun program designed for vocal singers to become stars!
“YouTube Stars”
This group class is an 8-week program designed for voice students ages 10 through 17. Students will learn how to harmonize and sing in a group all while learning how to become a star! The program includes learning a song, recording it and creating a music video on our stage. The music will be produced and recorded in the MVA studio and a professional filming team will capture and edit the video. The final product will be promoted on YouTube and social media, and distributed to all our students.
What will I learn?
Students enrolled in this class will learn the following skills:
Learn to sing in a group environment!
Most vocal instruction is based on an individual basis. Learning to sing as an ensemble is a rare opportunity with limitless benefits
Learning to harmonize!
Harmonization is a technique used by many (if not all) vocalists, which involves different voices singing varying pitches to create unique musical sounds and textures.
Team building skills!
Singing in a group is not only a musical education but teaches students how to depend on others and how to work together. Great experience for later in life!
Learn how to put on a production!
This class will be built upon the principle of students having a tangible product of their education. We will create professional grade recordings, arrangements, and videos of their work to release onto YouTube and other social networks. Building a strong portfolio early will guide them for a successful professional music career
Free Copy of a music video starring YOU!
All students will receive a free copy of the music video to use for their own promotion purposes.
Promoting Your Video!
The final music video will also be promoted on our YouTube channel and social media, accessed by worldwide music producers, labels and professionals of the industry. This is a great opportunity to show off your skills to the music industry leaders.
Performances!
One of the main benefits of our school is that we have multiple performance opportunities: Student Showcases every two months plus many community events outside of school.
