Wine Nights at EATS Kitchen & Bar

New wine dinners are coming to EATS Kitchen & Bar. This spring two special dinners will each showcase an up-and-coming wine region – Austria and Argentina – highlighting select wineries from the region. Guests will be led through an interactive four-course meal, pairing these unique wines with an exclusive EATS menu.

Barrel-aged, pre-prohibition cocktails with a modern twist at $13 each include Negroni, Old Fashioned and the Manhattan – created with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Sazerac Dry Whiskey and Carpano Antica Vermouth, depending on the quaff. And, these brown spirits are all smoked and barrel-aged in American wood barrels for three weeks, adding more complex flavor for a smoother finish.

Every evening from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m., Red Bar and Lounge presents Smoke & Sip, where they will be sampling three different vintage single-malt Macallans paired with guest’s choice of a cigar from its selection.
