Terri Perkins is a gluten free, faith driven single mom of two (one of each). She has a BA in communications and an AA in early childhood education. She enjoys playing soccer (37 yrs), painting, watching baseball, cooking/baking, sewing and all things outdoors. She also enjoys writing, making people laugh and is open to new food and new experiences, that don’t involve extreme heights or spiders. She is also obsessed with the Amish and all things Amish.
