These are sliders with Brie cheese, grilled onions, arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Not your traditional sliders, but super delicious and a bit unique. The sweet and tart profile of the balsamic glaze goes perfectly paired with the onions and Brie.
Most ingredients from Trader Joe’s. Kings Hawaiian rolls and beef patties were from Costco.
Ingredients
• 2 burger patties
• 6 Hawaiian rolls (2×3)
• Salt and pepper
• 4 slices of brie
• Grilled onions
• Balsamic glaze
• Arugula
Instructions
Grill burger patties on a grill or in a cast iron pan to desired results. I kept the seasonings very simple with just salt and pepper for the patties since the flavor will come from the other toppings.
Lightly toast a row of 6 Hawaiian rolls (2×3) with a bit of buttered over low heat in a medium pan. Slice rolls halfway through to create your “bun.” Place burger patties on the bottom half, top with Brie, onions, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and a handful arugula. Place the other half of the rolls on top, and slice the sliders into 6 pieces. Serve immediately.
