Get ready to laugh and sing and get songs stuck in your head with the release of “The Lego movie 2: The Second Part“, debuting on May 7th. You can find this movie in 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD. We recently saw this movie for the first time on the Warner Bros. lot and loved every minute of it. It was filled with lots of Lego action, pop-cultural allusions, catchy music, life lessons and cute critters. The cast was incredible and the soundtrack is a huge hit in our house!

During our visit to the Warner Bros. Lot we had a chance to meet General Mayhem, Lucy and Emmet who took photos with us, played legos with us, decorated cookies with us and I even saw Emmet order some Tacos from the food truck. I’m sure they were Lego tacos, right?

We also got to decorate some fantastically huge sugar cookies with edible icing pens! These cookies were the best cookies I have ever tasted. Fluffy and delicious with royal icing and creatively color by my girl. I’d look into doing this for a birthday party this year!

We also dined on some wicked good gourmet food truck tacos from Epic Tacos LA. The steak was perfectly seasoned and the tortillas are handmade (individually made and cooked onsite)! They have been in business since 1998, and most importantly they are a family owned business. It’s a husband and wife team, Edgar and Sandra Ruiz. (he’s the chef, she’s the planner).
