There is a restaurant in Los Angeles and Las Vegas called Planet Dailies and they have an amazing menu. They serve items like inventive salads, pastas, seafood, steaks, burgers, contemporary Chinese fare, hearty sandwiches and decadent signature desserts, as well as a fantastic weekend brunch. Chef Joshua Wilson from the L.A. restaurant has shared two of his popular brunch recipes – Captain Crunch French Toast and The Sunrise Pizza. The recipes are below.
Breakfast Sunrise Pizza Ingredients
1 par cooked pizza dough
2oz pizza sauce
1oz parm
3oz Jack/Cheddar
1oz Yellow Pear Tomato
1oz Cherry Tomato
3pcs Bacon
1 whole egg
2Tbl Julienne Green Onion
Instructions
Par Cook Pizza dough. Take out and put the sauce on the dough, then chopped bacon, cherry tomatoes, grated cheese, then crack the egg on top. Put it all in the oven at 450/475 until the cheese is melted and the egg set to your liking. Usually around 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with green onions.

4oz French Toast Batter
6oz Cap’n Crunch Cereal
2Tsp powdered Sugar
1each Strawberry Fan
2oz Syrup
