Being a mom to three kids means a lot of busy week nights for me with after school sports, homework and boy scouts. Squeezing dinner in is always a challenge but I recently came up with a pasta dish that is easy to make, extremely filling and my kids love it. It even tastes great the next day.
First, start by sautéing a little bit of onion in a pan. While you are doing this you can also boil your pasta.
Then add in the can of sauce and stir.
Add in your garlic, stir.
Then add in the cream cheese, stir.
Add in the shredded cheese, stir. You can add in more or less depending on how cheesy you like it.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
In the meantime cook some keilbasa in a skillet.
Toss in your sausage and your pasta and stir.
Top with some green onion and you all finished!

Looks delicious and so easy to make! I love pasta dishes especially those with cheese.
The cream cheese is a nice change from heavy cream.
This looks fast, easy and so good. I am always looking for new meal ideas that my son will eat. Thanks for sharing.
You are welcome!
