Heat a large sauce pan on high. Add butter and rice. Cook till the rice is brown. About 5 mins.

Add 1 cup of chicken or vegetable stock and reduce heat to low. When the liquid is absorbed into the rice add the other 2 cups.

When stock has been absorbed add the lemon juice and peas and lemon pepper seasoning.

Top with Parmesan Cheese and bacon bits at the end.
