Bowtie Pasta and sausage in a cheesy tomato cream sauce


  • 1- 28 oz . Can of Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Onion , diced
  • 1 Clove Garlic , minced
  • 3 Tbsp . Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheeses
  • Keilbasa
  • Bowtie pasta
  • Salt and pepper , to taste


  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. While sauteing the onion, boil your pasta and cook your keilbasa in a skillet.
  3. Add can of Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce to onion.
  4. Add cream cheese to sauce and stir until melted.
  5. Add 1 cup of the shredded cheeses; you can add more or less depending on how cheesy you like it and stir until well blended.
  6. Add sausage and pasta and stir together.
  7. Top with green onion.
