Preheat air fryer.
Wash and pat dry the pears. Slice each pear in half, taking care to leave the stem in tact on one side - it’s prettier with the stem!
Using a small spoon, scoop out the seeds. Pat the insides dry with a clean paper towel.
Brush melted butter on the halved pears. Sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon, then place pears in air fryer basket. Set to 15 minutes at 400.
During the last 3 minutes of cooking time, slide out the air fryer basket and place a chunk of brie in the center of each pear. Return the air fryer basket to cook and allow the full 15 minutes to finish.
Remove pears and place on a bed of arugula. Top with chopped candied pecans, dried cranberries, and a drizzle of honey.
